Your identity information (name, surname), contact information (email address, billing addresses, mobile phone number) shared by you, our customers, via online and/or printed forms; your customer transaction information (request information, order information), marketing information (cookie records), transaction security information (IP Address Information, Website Login/Logout Information, User Name Information, Password Information, Connection Time/Duration such as Traffic Data) collected during your use of our website; and data that may be collected according to your browser preferences while using our website will be processed.

Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data:

Your personal data listed above, if you contact us through the communication channels on our website with your consent, may be processed based on the “explicit consent” legal ground of Article 5, Paragraph 1 of the Personal Data Protection Law. This processing includes: creating special advertisements, promotions, and campaigns for you, cross-selling, determining target audiences, conducting activities to enhance your user experience by tracking your customer movements, developing the functionality of Mixxit Turkey’s website, carrying out personalized marketing and remarketing activities, performing personalized segmentation, targeting, analysis, and internal reporting activities, market research, planning and execution of customer satisfaction activities, and planning and execution of customer relationship management processes, including creating and/or increasing loyalty to the products and/or services offered by Mixxit Turkey, and carrying out communication activities with you within all these explained scopes. Transfer of Personal Data Abroad:

If you contact us via the communication channels on our website with your consent, your identity (name, surname), contact (email address, mobile phone number), marketing (campaign information, product information), and transaction security (IP address) data may be recorded and therefore transferred abroad. This transfer will be done in compliance with the rules in Article 9 of the Personal Data Protection Law titled “Transfer of Personal Data Abroad” and by taking necessary technical and administrative measures, due to the lack of domestic alternatives that can provide the quality and continuity of the services we offer you. This data will be recorded in our programs and/or systems provided/made available by our cloud service infrastructure providers in the technology field, who are located abroad and have servers abroad and all sub-applications (“Data Processors”). This is for the purposes of carrying out information security processes, communication activities, business activities and audits, sales processes of goods and services, customer satisfaction activities, customer relationship management processes, marketing activities, storage and archiving activities, and tracking requests and complaints. The companies selected by Mixxit Turkey take data security measures in accordance with internationally accepted standards and undertake to provide their Customers, and consequently Mixxit Turkey, with a security level in line with these standards.

Furthermore, many international legislations, especially the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), legally guarantee that personal data will not be processed by Data Processors (companies owning the above-mentioned infrastructures) outside of Mixxit Turkey’s requests and purposes. Your personal data transferred abroad due to the use of software provided by Data Processors is not shared with other third parties abroad for purposes other than those stated above.

Under Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law:

• To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose.

• To request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed.
• To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the Personal Data Protection Law legislation.
• To request that the situation be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred when you request the correction of your incomplete or incorrect data or the deletion or destruction of your personal data.
